Hi, I'm Sara Bell.
I am a customer experience expert with a decade of experience in commercial & private aviation and corporate events. My primary focus in everything I do is based on creating a VIP experience for all involved - including the ones running the show. I believe that building positive relationships is the foundation of all successful businesses - and that starts with you providing an outstanding experience from the very first interaction.
My work and insights have been featured in local publications as well as in Meet Well by Elite Meetings International. I have planned everything from corporate incentive programs and golf tournaments, to annual conferences for over 200+ attendees.

I’m a walking example of how the effects of positive attitude, hard work, and treating yourself like the VIP you are will help you create the life of your dreams. I left the corporate world in early 2016 to care for my aging grandmother with Alzheimer’s while pursuing my dream of entrepreneurship. I created a service based company - offering marketing and high end customer service support to small businesses who don’t yet have a team to dedicate to the customer experience. I have since returned to corporate customer service and events while continuing my pursuit of supporting new and aspiring event planners.
I lead by example and have made it my mission to enhance experiences by supporting the growth and relationships of my clients and their teams. I regularly demonstrate how a shift from average thought processes to a VIP mindset helps create experiences people rave about. I wholeheartedly believe that everyone has something to contribute, and that by actively cultivating the relationships you create (starting with the one you have with yourself!), you can achieve success beyond your wildest imagination.
